Head of Customer Success

Our vision is to disrupt the eCommerce world by putting the ‘social’ in social shopping. We’re moving social activity around purchase decisions from traditional platforms (FB, IG, etc) to your website. We know that adding a social experience to online shopping will lower acquisition costs, optimize conversion rates and build customer loyalty.

We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Head of Customer Success.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Experience working with customers from the eCommerce field – Advantage
  • English – Fluent
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Self-motivation and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up
  • A passionate leader who’s whose enthusiasm about Costumer Success is contagious
  • Comfortable in front of a crowd
